I had them and used them occasionally for the kids. A couple of ours were bolters. Our youngest is a hand-holder.

I would rather see little kids playing freely, but if not, would rather see them on a leash where they can run and jump instead of buckled into an SUV-sized stroller.

You see so many kids rolling around in those strolleres, fussing all the way as if they’d give anything to get out and play.

My feelings exactly. The only other alternative would be straightjacketing them in a “SUV-sized” stroller.

I was an inveterate bolter, so my mom used a harness/leash on me. I still have it, 46 years later; it’s a family heirloom! (And I turned out fine.)
