But seriously, Ringo has done better than the other three since the breakup: a few nice poppy singles, rock’n’roll revival tours with some great forgotten guys (another one coming up soon.) Compare that with all the mediocrity produced by the others since George’s first great solo album.

Staying alive qualifies as doing better than 2 of the other 3, yes.
I'm not a fan of the post-Beatles Paul McCartney, but Paul had much more financial success (even with the costly divorce) than either George or Ringo had. George probably had more critical acclaim than Paul (and, of course, Ringo), however. Ringo places third in both dimensions. I exclude John from the comparisons because his post-Beatles career was so much shorter than the others’.
