some FReepers for posting their opinion that just so happens to be based on the facts.

What facts? Are you referring to the polls that showed Kerry winning? Are you referring to the polls that showed Gore wining?

What's that line "If you tell a falsehood enough times people will start to believe it"? That's what's going on here.

"... this is a tough campaign. I'm the underdog. I've always been the underdog from the beginning. I was the underdog in the primaries."

October. 10, 2008: McCain tells crowd in Minnesota Campaign stop:

"“I want everyone to be respectful. And let’s make sure we are, because that’s the way politics is done in America.” “I have to tell you, he is a decent person, a person that you do not have to be scared [of] as president of the United States.”

Anyone who believes McCain is running a good campaign, is nuts. Anyone who thinks the McCain campaign is ignoring the polls, is a fool.

As in 2000 and 2004, the undecided voters will swing this election in the last week or two.
