I realize that. I just recall that there were laws against the "street sweeper" drum fed shotguns years ago(they may have been full autos). I was just curious if this shotgun would be illegal too.

I don’t think street sweepers were full auto. Their main sin was marketing.

As you say the drum feed was also an issue. This shotgun appears to be a much better weapon though. I found this video of the ‘street sweeper’ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwC85njIE0k&NR=1

The Street Sweeper was functionally full-auto. They got by with selling it for a while because the mechanics by which it repeated didn’t meet the technical definition of full-auto that existed at the time.

A friend owned one; if you think a full-auto rifle is hard to hold down when firing, you ain’t seen nothing. ;-)
