Welcome aboard GySgt USMC Ret. I supervise civil service personnel, and cannot give them an appraisal until they have completed a one year probation.

If any of these employees are away on a deployment, (which most have been) I cannot give them an appraisal until they have been back for 180 days.

This idiot wants us to trust him with less than 150 days experience. What a joke.
