Well, I see it as she has no love nor respect for herself. She tries to make it look like she does because she doesn’t care about the things she says and does on stage and off like Kick Sarah Palin’s A__ chant. She needs and seeks out that kind of thing because her following but deep down...I don’t thhink anyone who behaves in the vile manner she does can neither love nor respect themselves.
Just a saying I conveniently borrowed (which leads to another saying - you have conveniently borrowed something when you cannot remember where you stole it from).
A quote by the Brit rocker, Robbie Williams from a year or two ago comes to mind,
“Madonna, she’s like what, 900 years old?”
(and senile and off her meds too, I might add)

...Hell at this point, our CURRENT vice-president has more sex appeal than Madonna.... Truth be told, Guy Ritchie would give his left testicle(assuming Madonna allowed him to keep one by now) to get Sarah Palin into bed, rather than be forced into serving as Madonna's castrated Man-slave...Nice life choice there, Guy...:)
Britney actually seems to be trying to better herself lately. So, you might be able to tell her apart from Madonna and Courtney Love a little more.
