Yes, the UK has DST (British Summer Time in their case). That doesn’t effect “Universal Time” (AKA Zulu Time) used for all all astronomical observations, which does not observe DST.
So it’s done hit. Right now it’s entering the atmosphere.
I know it doesn’t affect UTC/zulu/Greenwich but I was comparing with London clock time.
