I have to call in a couple of weeks to see if I’m going to be on jury duty, I will consider it a privilege.
Indeed it is. But for me and one other juror a man would be free today instead of hung trial and back to jail for yet another round.
He admitted to everything “...but he really loved her.” was what swayed the other jurors.
I was so glad to have kept him in the county lockup.
