When are people going to wake up to the fact John McCain is a socialist trying to disguise himself as a conservative?

You said it. We all KNOW what McCain is about, but have accepted it and Palin is our “spoon full of sugar”.

Ii don’t think it’s that simple. I tend very strongly towards a grown up form of libertarianism. In my view McCain is flat out vastly preferrable to Obama. Not even close.

I’d love to see someone with the instincts of Milton Friedman become president, but that ain’t gonna happen. Especially since the XIXth Amendment.
