Of course when you smoke cigars you puff, you don’t inhale. Meaning it doesn’t get in your lungs, meaning you don’t get lung cancer or the other breathing problems associated with smoking.

As a nicotine path cigars are actually fairly healthy.

Not the case with U.S. Grant, or the many others that contracted throat, mouth, tongue, etc, cancers.
