Maybe an F/A-18 returning to Oceana with live ordnance will drop on the Hampton Civic Center, ridding the country of tens of thousands of left wing radical Obama worshippers! Oh rats, that was a dream I had last week.
Just joking folks.......

Great live band - incredible wall of sound.

Actually, there is a big sobriety movement that follows Phish.
They call themselves the Phellowship, and they say the serentity prayer at every show.

I tried so hard to get into their music, thinking that they were the heirs apparent of the Grateful Dead ...
not even close. Trey is much more polished than Jerry was on guitar, but, in this humble commentator’s opinion, seriously lacking in soul.

Let’s hope Trey can stay out of the pill bottles this run...and that this comeback lasts more than a year and a half!
I’m still digging Coventry mud out of my camping gear to this day...

Maybe I should invest in some Hacky Sack stock.

How do they avoid getting a contact high from the ambient pot smoke?

Darn, when I heard this I thought it meant Fish was reuniting with Marillion.

I Agree to an extent...I've seen him get soulful...but not to the degree of Jerry who's playing was ALWAYS full of soul! Trey can seem very plastic at times. But the live experience is still worth the price of admission. When they're on, they're on.

great showmen. have only seen them once but all my college buddies are hippies and love them.
one of our best friends recently sustained a full C5 spinal injury. when i saw him at the rehab center a month or so ago he mentioned that if phish ever got back together, we wanted to get well enough to go see them.
i just emailed this article to him in the hopes that it will further inspire him on his long road to recovery.

Went to one Phish show in Plattsburgh, NY and the one outstanding memory is the port-a-potties with the crap piled so high it formed a mound higher than the toilet seats.
