McCain could have PUT HIM AWAY in the first 5 minutes but did not. Obama left himself open for a right cross to the jaw when he spoke of being in this mess due to 8 years of failed Republican trickle down policies. McCain should have nailed him and directly set out how the Carter / Clinton / Frank / Dodds CRA forced this economic disaster on us and how he tried to save us by co-sponsoring a bill to prevent it. He never specifically addressed it. He needs to name names next time as he has repeatedly said he will do. Well, do it, John! And give yourself some specific credit rather than being Mr. Nice Guy and speaking in generalities. The American public is largely too ignorant to undertand these things without being spoon fed because they have not researched the facts.
