Please clarify what you expect there to be a civil war over? If it’s over the size and scope of government then I’ll side with the fiscal conservatives and I would say that Bush and his administration are on the wrong side of history.
I should correct my post. We fiscal conservatives are probably on the wrong side of history. Apparently there is no reason why or how the government will shrink in its power. I plead temporary idealism.
