Abstract: The success over the years in reducing inflation and, consequently, the average level of nominal interest rates has increased the likelihood that the nominal policy interest rate may become constrained by the zero lower bound.

When that happens, a central bank can no longer stimulate aggregate demand by further interest-rate reductions and must rely on “non-standard” policy alternatives. To assess the potential effectiveness of such policies, we analyze the behavior of selected asset prices over short periods
surrounding central bank statements or other types of financial or economic news and estimate “no-arbitrage” models of the term structure for the United States and Japan.

There is some evidence that central bank communications can help to shape public expectations of future policy actions and that asset purchases in large volume by a central bank would be able to affect the price or yield of the targeted asset.

It cannot be stressed enough that it is VERY WISE to simply treat this warning as a coming reality and prepare accordingly. As of right now he said it will happen in the middle of sept of this year. Also he said that our Government will crash in Feb of 2009.

He said that Mexico and Canada will merge with us and that a new dollar called the Amero is going to replace the dollar. But the most scary thing is what he told me he’s been doing for the past couple of years.

He’s been overseeing the construction of Prison Camps being built all through out America. He said a Private company called Haliburton is building them.

He told me that 1 camp in Alaska can hold 2 million people and there’s almost 1000 camps in the USA. ( not including the ones underground) He also said that these will be used when they declare Martial Law.

There’s some more things but I promised him I would never repeat them. But just knowing that this could even be possible makes me say to myself “ why not buy an extra 20 or 30 bucks of food I can store” each time I go shopping. I had about 2 weeks worth because in California you never know when that next big earthquake can hit not to mention the last year and a half we have been training on how to handle food riots in LA.( By the way the first step in the LAPD process is to stand back and observe)

With the recent bailouts government debt has increased dramatically. Fannie and Freddie added 5.5 trillion to the national debt in a single weekend. We just bailed out AIG, who was insuring the bigger banks that went under, Government(you and me) now has an 80% stake in AIG. When they have to pay out deposits it’ll be a lot more than 85 billion. Wa Mu is going to go down, and it’s going to clean out the FDIC in the process. After that, if any other banks fail, they will not be able to cover the insured amounts.

Bank of America just absorbed Merrill Lynch, but they haven’t even completed thier merger with Countrywide. Countrywide was in deep ****, so BoA took all that bad debt, and now they took on more? Doesn’t make any sense to do that. Unless Bank of America Knows they are screwed, and they are trying to make themselves as large as possible, that way when they go down, the FED will be forced to bail them out. Seriously, you don’t take on that many bad assets without some kind of assurance from the Treasury, or the fed.

BoA will go in time, that’ll will be the proverbial nail in the coffin. With chaos in the street, and Financials in a frenzy, world leaders will grow tired of our BS. And they will start to drop dollar denominated assets, the dollar will loose it’s reserve currency status, they will dump their dollar holdings, and when all that money finally makes it’s way back here it will hyper inflate the currency. So not only will alot of people be homeless and jobless, but a candy bar will cost you 50 bucks.

What can the government do? Nothing, they started this mess. This began decades ago. They will try to stop it though, which leads to “the option” as I see it.

One of two choices the US Government has at this point.

1#Default, loose our credit rating, currency hyper inflates, government finally goes broke, people loose there government entitlements. The IMF takes over, and we get to experience what we’ve been doing to third world countries for a while, chaos ensues for a few months, then people stop bitching, get up, and start providing for themselves.

2. The Feds refuse to let the Dollar loose it’s reserve status, but they have no financial means of forcing the world to accept dollars anymore, so the only option is to Force countries at the barrel of a gun. You don’t have to go all over the world to do this, you just have to target the major energy suppliers. More specifically, oil producers. As long as the world has to use Dollars to buy a barrel of oil, it will retain it’s dominance. Kinda put our wars in the middle east in perspective now eh?

Regarding your question about the Rise of a “Hitler” in the US? What makes you think a young charismatic, revolutionary, well spoken and highly motivated Orator promising a departure from the status quo isn’t already here?

Send every citizen $7,000 - Trickle up economics bail-out plan

Dear Senator,

I respectfully request that you send me and my family my bail-up package immediatly. You can start by sending us $7,000. We might request more if we find that you haven’t sent us enough money the first time around.

By my reckoning $700 Billion divided by 100 million taxpayers comes to $7,000 each. You are not allowed to ask me how I will use the money. I might use it to buy guns, gold and ammunition or I might use it to pay off some of my creditors. Again it’s my damn business.

Seeing as how money is so tight for some of these money lenders I might just hold a reverse auction and let them offer to reduce the balances due them in exchange for a complete payoff.

For example one credit card company might offer me .20 cents on the dollar for a payoff on the balance due and another might only offer me .40 cents on the dollar. Obviously I would offer to payoff the credit card that offered me the 20% payoff first. Let the other credit card company continue to make interest off of my debt but only on 40% of the debt.

BUt then again it would be my call on who I decide to payoff first.

Speaking of payoffs once you commit to sending me my bail-up package I promise that I will vote to re-elect you. You won’t have to run around the state begging for campaign donations like a cheap whore, because you will have already bought my neighbors and my vote.

Supply Lines Will Begin to Dry Up

Beginning with the fall feasts of 2008 the enemy’s plans to dry up the supply lines to the Christian community will begin in force. What has been a trickle will become a flood. What has seemed difficult will become impossible. What has been a financial disaster for a few will seem to be a tsunami of ruin for many.

The enemy of the Lord has long planned to disrupt the army of the Lord. His plans are to discourage to the point of depression and lure many to consider suicide. He desires to bankrupt the church and stop the penetration of the Godly into his arenas.

He has long drawn into his web those who cannot handle their finances without spending to the uttermost. The lusts of the flesh, the pride of life and the forces of denial have enmeshed themselves in the pseudo-faith of many.

The very fact that our God is a benevolent and generous God, the very fact that He rescues and saves has been the truth that His enemy has twisted to his own use. The Body of Christ has neither lived in moderation nor sought balance in all things.

The enemy has scammed many into mortgages they could not afford. He has lured more into buying on credit that which is worthless a year later. His ways are devious and deceptive and the church is in a place of great trouble and yea, disaster.

What hope is there? What recourse is there for those who will hear what the Spirit is saying to the church?

The answer is obvious to those whose genuine faith has caused them to live Biblically. Sow. Sow. Sow. Give, give and give. Seek to be generous and the Lord will not only repay you, but He will open windows in heaven and pour out upon you. Seek to provide for the lost, orphans, widows and the poor and God will bless you. Give and give and give – not just one tenth, but whatever He asks you for. Set your giving goals high enough to show your faith by your works.

You have a short time to get your affairs in order. Do what you must now, do it quickly. Remember you are in the Lord’s army. Live like a soldier, stay armored up, and live with what you need for battle and for plundering the enemy’s camp.

Live on what God gives you. Buy no more than you need. Crucify the flesh and the desires of the flesh.

Waste no time. Now is not the time for sentiment. There are millions hanging in the balance and God wants to use you, but cannot if you are burdened down with possessions you will not be rid of when He says to lose them.

Seek the Lord for what you keep and what you let go of. Seek Him for He alone knows who you will house and how many. Seek the Lord for He alone knows what you need to disciple those He will bring to you if you will get ready.

Each individual is alone in this. You shall not put upon one another what the Lord decrees for you, for if you do you put yourselves in danger. Judging one another is the fastest way to bring ruin to your doorstep.

Hoard and you will come to disaster. The mark of the beast is for those who live beyond their means and cannot live on what God supernaturally provides. Consider everything you can purchase useless to you. It will all burn one day. Better it burns than you.

The Battle For The Four Corners Of America

Last year, we received a clear mandate from the Lord to travel to the four corners of America prior to November 4, and pray for the United States during this pivotal transition point before U.S. elections – to intercede and tear down the horns of the enemy, and establish God’s horns over the four pillars of America. Thus far, we have visited Alaska, California and New York, and on September 22 our team will be traveling to the final corner of America – Florida.

The past fifteen months has been extremely busy for our ministry team. Aside from ministering in Indonesia, Hawaii, the Philippines and other areas around the globe, one of our chief targets has been Israel, in which we have made three trips in less than a year. In early 2007, the Lord spoke to us to establish a Prayer Center in Israel, which would be a gathering place of generals of intercession to pray for peace, prosperity and revival among the tribes of Jacob and Esau – for God is about to pour out his Spirit on both Jews and Gentiles in one of the greatest revivals the world has ever seen before the Lord returns. This House of Prophetic Intercession will keep the borders of Israel covered with continuous prayer day and night.

During our recent 8/8/8 conference at the Voice of Pentecost in San Francisco, during one session while sitting in the front row of the church, I suddenly found myself standing in the Spirit at the bottom of the Stairs of Ascension in Jerusalem. Standing next to me was Gabriel and a man wearing a white robe. Although my body was in San Francisco, my spirit was in Israel, and as I looked towards the Mount of Olives there was a beautiful cloud shaped like a royal diadem, radiating a brilliant red hue from the sun which was rising in the east. In Jerusalem it was early morning. I had no consciousness of what was happening to my physical body in San Francisco, but later people would tell me that my eyes were filled with tears, and that I sat still like a dead person without speaking for more than an hour.

As I looked at the man wearing a white robe, he turned his face to me and his eyes were as fierce as an eagle, but as gentle as a dove – and I knew that this was Elijah. I liked Elijah immediately, what a wonderful brother and co-worker in the Lord! As I looked into his round piercing eyes, I was taken into the future and saw the armies of Gog and Magog gathering on the northern borders of Israel – and knew that our time was very short to bring in the harvest. As Gabriel approached me, in the twinkling of an eye I suddenly found myself high above the walls of Jerusalem, and shown great treasures buried underneath the Temple Mount – archeological treasures which have been hidden since the days of Solomon, which would be unveiled soon by a great earthquake.

I was shown many things to come, including a glimpse of my future home which is currently in a barren desert – but in the future much of Hebron will blossom. I saw little children running outside my home filled with laughter and joy, and the Glory of the Lord covered Israel like a visible cloud for every eye to see. I saw temporary flooding in the Dead Sea area, as fresh water began to rush into the salt sea during some of the coming cataclysmic changes – elevations of some areas dropped, and other areas rose – hills became valleys, valleys became hills. The Dead Sea became alive again teaming with fish – the desert was no longer barren as new seasons of rain began to water the desert, and the region began to blossom with new vegetation and wildlife; deer, birds, wild horses. The land was so beautiful that it was breathtaking!

After the vision, I walked to the front of the church and begin to share a little bit about what I saw, but could barely speak without weeping. Our prophetic team would not find out until the following day that Russia had just invaded Georgia on 8/8/8. Georgia is exactly 888 miles from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The flag of modern Georgia is the same as the emblem of the ancient Kingdom of Jerusalem – a five-fold cross. On 8/8/8, as this major sign was unfolding in Georgia, another major sign was taking place in China, as Chinese jets launched 1,000 missiles to stop the rain during the opening of the 2008 Olympics, as leaders from around the world assembled in Beijing. It is interesting how God always confirms his word with signs. (This particular sign in China ties in to Zechariah chapter 14:16-17, which says that the Lord will withhold rain from those nations which do not bless Jerusalem during the Feast of Tabernacles in the future.)

At the conclusion of the meeting on 8/8/8, I announced that I was canceling my ministry itinerary for 40 days, and would be departing for Israel. But I was blocked by the angel of the Lord from traveling east, and on Tuesday, August 12, the Lord sent me again to the Voice of Pentecost, and the VOP prophetic youth team – who did not know of my plans to delay my trip to Jerusalem – gave me the following prophecy: “The Lord says he is changing your plans, and although you will travel to Israel, you will first be sent like a stone from a sling-shot to the opposite side of the world ... then at the appointed time be sent back to America, and then sent to Israel”. As I write this, it is now September 13 (my birthday) – and I am in San Francisco. I will be departing for Israel from New York on October 14, the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles.

Your prayers are appreciated as I prepare do depart for Israel, whereas we have been under enormous spiritual opposition. Yesterday I was almost shot, as a gang war erupted outside my hotel in San Francisco. Many people were shot or stabbed just a few yards from where I was standing – it was a very bizarre situation. Financially, we have been under enormous attack as we have stepped out in faith to establish the prayer-center in Israel. The funds needed to birth the house of prayer in Israel has been ‘almost’ released on four different occasions from four separate sources, but each time the sources have come under enormous pressure from the enemy to back out of their commitment, and the funds were never released. Pray for these sources – who are precious men and women of God whom we love dearly – and strictly respect their privacy – that the spiritual warfare would end, and that they would prosper, be in health, and be shielded from any further consequences. I release them from any commitments, and command a blessing over them. Pray that the Lord would send us another source to help fund the house of prayer in Israel – for this house is not our house, but the Lord’s house. The funding needed is quite substantial, and it has been a physical and emotional roller-coaster ride each time the funds have been promised to us, but never released. We have prophetic teams standing by from New York, California and other areas around the world to take over the intercessory burden in shifts at the house of prayer, but the warfare has been intense to get the funding released to establish the prayer center – your prayers are appreciated!

Today is September 13 – the anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Peace Accord – and also my birthday, which I celebrated in San Francisco today at a Starbucks with several angels, who also like café lattes (please excuse my sense of humor!). I am speaking tonight at the Voice of Pentecost, and a spirit of goof is already coming upon me! I have had such a good time this week at our prophetic conference – which began on 9-11, and ends on 9-14. Pastor Richard Gazowsky – the Senior Pastor of the Voice of Pentecost in San Francisco – is one of my dearest friends, and every time I visit his church I feel like I am coming home, there is such freedom and hunger for revival in his church. This is one fellowship which is really making a difference in the Bay area, that is standing in the gap for more than a million souls in the region and will not let them perish.

I believe that America is now on the verge of either seven years of famine, or seven years of prosperity – our actions between now and November 4 will decide the course of the next seven years for America – but remember that Israel is an important part of that equation. Seven years ago – on 9-11, 2001 – as a delegation from the United States was preparing to depart for Israel to discuss Israeli land concessions for peace, the fate of America for the next seven years was decided on 9-11. Despite numerous warnings – Hurricane Katrina, the loss of the Space Shuttle Columbia, and other cataclysmic events which paralleled attempts by America to pressure Israel to concede covenant land given to her by God – for the last seven years all warnings seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Seven years later on 9-11-08, as Hurricane Ike loomed off the coast of Texas – and struck the U.S. on Sept. 13, the 15th anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Peace Accord – a new line seems to have been drawn. We need to seriously pray and ask for God’s mercy on America, that he would give us just a little bit more time (until the next Administration) before we are visited by greater judgments, so that we have a chance in 2009 to amend our ways and learn from our past mistakes before it is too late.

On the plane from Taiwan to California on September 8, the Lord spoke to our core-group in the Philippines to look closely at the quake which would manifest under our plane on Sept. 8, for it would be a sign. Upon arriving in the United States, I discovered that a 7.1 quake had shaken Vanuatu while I was at 33,000 feet above the Pacific. The Lord says that he has reduced the size of the approaching quake in California to the seven-point realm, and that the epicenter has changed – but that the judgment has not been altogether avoided. It IS coming, but do not be afraid, for his mercy will be in the midst of the quake. The word was also confirmed by our prophetic team in Rochester, which received the word that the magnitude of the coming quake in California had been lessened by 3-points (from the 10.0 realm to the 7.0 realm), but that it is still coming. We were not given a time-frame or deadline, but just a warning that it was coming, and that it would be significant.

Since the 7.1 earthquake in Vanuatu on Sept. 8, the earth has not stopped shaking. On the opening day our prophetic conference in San Francisco on 9-11 – at the same time America was preparing to issue a letter which would ‘guarantee’ a Palestinian State – two large quakes shook the Pacific – a 7.0 quake in Indonesia, and a 7.2 in Japan. I believe that it was not for prophetic intercession in the region during the week of 9-11, California would have been in great trouble during the same time frame that Hurricane Ike hit Texas – but intercession from God’s saints totally changed the equation. If you recall, Hurricane Ike slammed into Texas just a few days following the news release that U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has been pressing Israel to sign a document by the end of the year that would divide Jerusalem. During September 11-13, Hurricane Ike fluctuated between category 2 and 4, until it finally hit Texas today at only category 2 – praise God – and I am expecting casualties to be relatively few. Interestingly, after Ike hit the coast, it veered northward and passed directly over Bush’s ranch in Crawford, Texas. How many warnings do we need? My prayer is that there would be no more pressure from the U.S. for Israel to give away covenant land promised to her by God, and that the current Administration would simply hand the Middle East Torch over to the next Administration, and let America catch her breath for a while – we do not need any more cataclysms – let the next cataclysm be upon the head of the enemy, the spiritual darkness over our nation which wishes to bring famine and distress. America belongs to God, not to the enemy! Let us press in to the finish line in prayer and fasting for the harvest in America – for our time is short before the Lord puts his feet on the Mount of Olives, and the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our God and King!
