It's sort of a period piece. Many of my main characters (not all) are members of a strange little commune established in the 1890s. They don't get out much ...

I'm thinking I'll let 'em have colored lenses. These date back to the 1870s:

These are so funky! Love those side panels, and the color of the lenses!

I’m no opthomologist but I’d guess that green lenses would be good on snow, maybe water.

Those are so wild! They look very old!

I do like old glasses...like 50s and 60s glasses. I think they look so much dressier.

I wish we could go back to the time when people wore hats and gloves again. I missed wearing my nurses cap to work by only a few years. They stopped sometime in the 70s. I still wore it a few times, anyways.

Have you been bitten by the fountain pen bug? I think it makes everything you write just a little bit special! You appreciate a good nib, you admire the ink you picked out special for it...I just took to it hook line and sinker.
