It's probably not going to happen. You'll notice they've already empaneled, conducted, and released the Grand Jury without returning an indictment. A rather “unorthodox” procedural schedule, considering the investigation hasn't even really gotten underway, and there's assuredly still plenty of evidence to be discovered.

We had planned to buy a retirement home in TN next month. If the people of this TN grand jury don’t indict, we’ll be looking for another state. We won’t waste our hard-earned retirement income here. It’ll be better spent elsewhere.
