When I tell people that my friends and I used to take our .22 rifles to school, put them in our lockers, and then go to the “Y” after school to practice in the winter they flip out. The thought of causing trouble with them never entered our minds. Of course we were raised with obsolete values such as responsibilities and moral absolutes.
