uhm, duh - - - this is why I posted this vanity thread. I could give a crap about what people think of what I have been cooking. What I have been cooking has been great for over 20 years . . . I just am ready for something different. Don’t care for “different advise”, I care for recipes.

If you like mushrooms Take your lightly browned chops (grilled or fried) and place them in a cake pan and cover with a can of "cream of mushroom" soup. Bake at 350 or so for 30-45 min. If you really like ‘shrooms add a small can of just mushrooms to the topping. Serve with string taters for an oriental flair...

When you make pot roast, use beef stock and add a cup of fresh coffee, it’s the way my mom always did it and serve with german style fried noodles. Mmmmmmmmmm.
