If conditions were so bad why not just go back to Mexico? Your money goes there, follow the money.

It's his money that he earned through honest hard work. He can send it to Mexico if he wants. Besides, the people on the receiving end might be less likely to illegally enter if they are provided for.

(Yes, I am assuming that the plaintiff himself is legal, and will continue to do so until there is any evidence stating otherwise. tere is nothing wrong with merely being from Mexico.)
