LEWISTOWN - At times, it can be difficult for law enforcement personnel to catch a fugitive, especially when it seems as if that person is one step ahead of the police; but that never lasts, and eventually they get their guy. Sometimes all it takes is a little help from man's best friend.

Back in the 80’s, this idiot kid robbed a store in NJ and the cops followed him right through the woods in the dark. He asked how they tracked him so easily and they pointed to his lightup sneakers. Every step he took told them exactly where he was. lol
