Good Morning. Today is the McCain/Palin rally in Cedar Rapids. We will be picking up 2 of the granddaughters up to take them along. The other little gd was home sick yesterday with a fever, so she isn’t going to get to go.
We are leaving here at 7:00, the door open at 8, so we will not be near the front, but I just didn’t want to get the girls up earlier to get there.

Good Morning Dawn Patrol. Since we had no power and was somewhat busy the past week, I have lost touch with the televised news. However we received our local 12 page Katy Times yesterday with a ‘wail’ in it. (I think that is the word I am wanting)
It seems as though a school bus driver is campaigning while driving the kids to and from school. The grandpa is the one that walks the grandkids to the bus stop and saw the bus driver wearing a bright eye catching Obama 08 shirt.
He thought it highly inappropriate. Which is true, it’s no different than a teacher wearing a shirt or button endorsing a candidate. Or him wearing an obscene shirt with profanity.
He said he was complaining to KISD to have him stop it at once.
