This is okay to point out, but is already in the liberal arsenal for return fire. There’s even an editorial at Townhall dealing with Biden tossing the ‘You’re not Teddy Roosevelt’ grenade at Palin in the upcoming debate.
Besides, how many liberal Democrats today have enough education to know that many of their most precious progressive nostrums came about during Teddy Roosevelt’s administration? The irony, to the educated, is priceless, but most of those for whom the joke would be most useful are too ignorant to get the joke.
And too graceless to laugh if they got it.
