To: Comparative Advantage
Why in particular do working class and rural Americans usually vote for pro-business Republicans when their economic interests would seem better served by Democratic policies?

I don't buy the premise by a long shot.

That’s what I was going to say: because they (Republicans) aren’t fooled by the liberal-socialist (fantasy) politics.

Especially the lie that their economic interests are better under socialists.
