I might add Dreamweaver into the price of building the site.
If you use the godaddy WebSite Tonight feature, you will not be able to easily integrate custom code with it. In other words if you are really good with site design and dreamweaver, you will not like website tonight - it will be constraining. However, if you have little experience with dreamweaver and custom site design, you might like the website tonight structure and layout.
I have used a content management tool called joomla offered by godaddy. It's a bit more advanced than website tonight and allows some customization that you might like.
Either way, godaddy is flexibile from very simple to complex sites. Their tech support is tops: responsive, helpful, and they speak English.
