OTOH, scramble some eggs with a bit of salsa and grated cheese, add a few slices of crisp bacon, and you have calorie-free nirvana!
just burn some extra calories... park in the farthest parking space, take the stairs, walk around while talking on the phone... btw--did you know that 3 dairy foods a day has been linked to faster weight loss? i swear by this... i have 1-2 yogurts and 1 cheese a day... plus, one serving of cheese does not have many calories...
