I don't see it yet on youtube. Basically, Andrea wanted to wrap up the interview and that's when Rudy started to absolutely destroy Obambi. Mentioning that Obambi has zero accomplishments, he barely crossed the finish line and closed by saying that the Rat party knows that they are still divided.

It was funny because just like Newt did, when Rudy sensed that Mitchell was desperately wanting to wrap it up, he kicked it up a notch on the salvos he was lobbing towards BHO.
