We certainly witnessed a class act tonight! Gov. Palin was absolutely incredible! I think we all knew she would be, but she exceeded the expectations of many. I’m in that category - - - - I was completely blown away!

i recognized the name of the speech writer from my ASU days

i checked out new times, and of course the bloggers kept up the chant of her speech was written by GWB speech writer, she just read it, as if “the one” doesn’t have speech writers and stagers

interesting fact about skully i didn’t know, he wrote a “pro animal” book and the bloggers couldn’t believe that he would abandon his pro veggie stand and write for palin

some bloggers were particularly nasty

sigh, the palin family will not get any piece, even after obama is toast

I am listening again..I did not think I could like this any better but I watch how she delivers these great lines and it just gets better.

I was wondering ? will there be anyone here on Free Republic or anyone out there who will call into Rush's show, and ask Rush to change his " MEGA DITTOS " to " RODGER THAT " in honor of that wonderful Navy Seal who gave his life for others ?
Rush ? instead of " MEGA DITTOS " we need to honor this man ( the NAVY SEAL ) and start saying " RODGER THAT ".

I do my best to avoid the lefty blogs. I always need a case of Rolaids afterwards.

From what I’m seeing, Sarah really wasn’t able to use the teleprompter - - - it didn’t work properly, based on some reports. She used her notes and ad-libbed.

If Sarah had a speech writer, I’d say a large portion of the speech was her own input. It was just too “Sarah” to have been written by someone else.

She rocked the house, and rocked the boat. The Left are in a panic because they couldn’t create the waves she did. Positive waves for the country and for the citizens who dwell here.

I feel for her and her family and keep them in my prayers. They’ll get no peace for the next two months.
