I just/skimmed it. I find nothing damaging on the surface. Though, the left has an innate ability for spinning that defies Mother Nature, herself.
In fact, there is much that will help Gov. Palin in there.
I liked what I saw, most of it sounded like whining from the left-wing local newspaper. They were very upset with her thinking about firing the department heads when she became Mayor. There was all kinds of good stuff in there about her firing the police chief. She seems like a pave the local roads vs maintain the local museum type person. Small government types will like what they see.
