Maybe I’m out of touch but I just fail to see what the problem is. A 17 year old girl has sex with her boyfriend and gets pregnant, decides to keep the baby and they’ll be married. This just seems commonplace to me. Am I wrong?

It's only the Drive-Bys and their masters in the Democrat Party who have SUDDENLY discovered that 17-year-olds getting pregnant is SHOCKING and worthy of international press.

Seldom has their mutual agenda been exposed this blatantly.

I’m afraid you are wrong, many would just get an abortion and few would consider marrying the father.

I think you are concerning the 'get married' portion and to some degree the 'keep the baby' part.

When I was a teenie bopper it was common though.

Personally, I applaud her/their decision.

The MSM and dim's handling of this is beyond disgusting.

It happened to my mom at 17. Her mom at 24. My aunts and great aunts. My grandmother and her sisters were born in the 1800’s so this is not a new phenomenon. I'm not bragging about it, but it happens, and people used to do the right thing and got married and stayed married.

I remember growing up the married part came first. I thought that was commonplace.

Perhaps these are what DL is talking about. However, I have no idea.

The problem is that you’re in the reality-based community not the fantasy-utopia community that makes up the MSM.

No. Most 17 year olds who get pregnant get married. They just have the baby and raise it alone.

whats common place today is sadly, not very good for our society in general.....

but having a baby is NEVER a tragedy....the tragedy is that the young woman and maybe the young man will have to alter many life plans, like education, adventure, socialization........

but how many freepers got pregnant, or impregnated, were very young, and got married and managed quite nicely, thank you....
