I am having an awful time with FR lately. I know that everyone is, especially dial-up connections. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!! Pages won’t open, page requests time-out. I sure hope it isn’t going to be this way until the election. I am giving up on FR for today, I just don’t have the patience for it. :-(
I don't either, Lori - but wanted to say hello. Yes, I'm sure it's probably at least 10 times worse for dialup. I'm used to slow, but not this unpredictable and slow.
Amy, I read your post from yesterday about compressing graphics. I knew from recent FR mail there were others (besides me!) who had problems with their pc's simply freezing up when there were so many large graphics - especially posted close together.
I hope you won't stay away altogether, az granny, but I did take your name off "my" ping list as you requested.
