It's a simulator dude. She may have just finished "shooting" and ran it dry, or she may be snap shooting. Hard to tell.
It's that, and somewhat more, if by "laser scorer" you mean something like a "MILES" laser. You might have noticed in the video that there is a big cable coming out of the "magazine". The M-4 has been gutted, and really isn't a firearm at all. It's got a pneumatic "kicker" to simulate the recoil. I've "fired" something similar, including one built on an M-240 machine gun, mounted on the top of a simulated "HUMVEE". The driver's sim and the shooters sim were tied together, so as the shooter, you went where the driver drove. The version I "shot" had you wear VR goggles, to display the simulated world. Pretty cool, but the goggles( very early models) were too bulky and interfered with a proper sight picture. Of course you could use the simulated tracers to "aim".
