Just can’t make sense of the “we hate Sugar” thing. On the one hand she DID make it to the final three, and unlike Susie, she did not do it by flying under the radar. So, I have to give her some credit. At the same time, she was very mercurial...all over the map. Never knew where she would go. And if not for her, Bob would not have won. Nothing with her adds up.
And then there is Corrine who smiles as twists the knife in Sugar’s chest. It surprised me...but I kinda liked it. I think it would work better if we knew more about why Sugar was so disliked.
And if Corrine was really was more of a bad girl than they showed on the episodes, I wish they would have focused on that. It would have been a lot more interesting than what we saw.
UGH, that corrinne, she is just one mean, nasty person. She really nees to be slapped in the mouth.
Why would Susie have gotten a single vote?
I give Sugar credit for actually playing the game and making bold moves. If it had been just her and Susie in the finals, I would have voted for Sugar. In fact, I’m disgusted that Susie even received three votes. Crystal and Ken are sore losers who were simply casting anti-Bob, anti-Sugar spite votes. I’m disappointed in Matty for voting for Susie, though. I thought he was better than that.
That said, Sugar was still a two-faced hypocrite, creating a sweet persona for the cameras while saying nasty things about people behind their backs. It really tells you something that the audience, who saw only what the cameras showed them, loved Sugar, but the players, who saw everything, didn’t like her. Each episode of the show covers 3 days or 4320 minutes of actual game time, and each episode is about 43 minutes of Survivor show time, so we literally see 1 percent of what goes on.
