Tony Padilla said to Tricia (owner of Websleuths) just now in a phone call that they KNEW this was coming and that’s why they backed off on revoking bond.
He did NOT know definitively what the arrest was for, but they DID know it was coming.

I saw today that she has been communicating with the 12 year old girl from the vigils - emailing, sending gifts and wrote a letter about getting to know her better, thanking her for her help, and talking about having her overnight. Could they re-arrest her for violating the bond terms? (contact with a minor)
