It’s an old saying that people used to chide someone who did or said something stupid. I know nothing about his wife and I wasn’t trying to be callous. That said, I think Kondracke’s a cretin.
Kristol said the fact that Mort said that reinforced his belief that this was a fantastic pick. lol
His wife had MS, I believe, for many years. He wrote a book about her and it was made into a TV movie. Very sad for both of them. I don’t think a whole lot of folks realize it.
