I’m taking pictures of every gun I own and then using the serial number as the file name. I thought it was time to take an inventory.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I actually have the camera, and access to several sites to hang the snapshots.

My biggest problem is time. Work is demanding these days, I’m still settling into a new home with the lovely Anne and with all the honey-do’s I’m lucky to make it to the range, much less emptying out the safe for snaps.

I like the idea of using S/Ns for photo Id’s but am learing of posting them on the net that way.

DON’T! You’ll be giving your collection numbers to the ATFBE. Slow down and think about it.
