That’s beautiful.
I’ve got a 4” stainless GP-100. My daughter has made it clear that when I can’t shoot it anymore, she wants it. I’ve made it clear she’s got a long wait.
And, I hope you’re happy knowing you’ve probably cost me some money and drummed up more business for Sack Peterson.

Very nice.
I’ve always preferred the full-lugged S&W revolvers.

LOL! I told mine I’m taking the Ruger and all its accessories with me when I go to Glory. She’ll have to dig me up and break my fingers from it!...ah, ya’ know, I bet that’s just what she’ll will too. Maybe I’d better re-think that.

I was just curious, on your 58,(fixed sights) does the top of the hammer(when cocked) obscure the bottom half of the rear sight?Sorry you got a bad one. Happens with the Piettas. Lucky for me, mine is near perfect, and yes, I can see the bottom half of the sights when cocked.

I think I’m enjoying that 27 more now than when it was just sitting in the safe! Obviously found it a great home.
Thanks P8riot.

Working great, even with my somewhat wrinkly reloads before I got the crimp station completely adjusted. Got some Trulock extended chokes for it too. Thanks.

I was cleaning some tonight and thought I would stop in and brag on my wife's 38. It isn't the rare, expensive models that a lot of you all have, but out of all my revolvers, imho, this is the easiest to shoot. It is an Amadeo Rossi 38 with a four inch barrel, made in Brasil. This is a ‘purse’ model, but I swear, I love this gun more than even my S&W 357.

I had to take a quick snap with my camera phone. Sorry for the quality. Like I said, not the most expensive, or the rarest, but IMHO, it is the best revolver I have ever shot.

Really nice photo. I love the background and how it didn’t reflect at all.
The one thing I just don’t have is a simple and small .38. I’ll have to correct that someday.
Don’t know a thing about knives. That’s my kid’s specialty.

I actually like those grips. Kinda neat. I hope you can reach the cylinder latch.

I am not sure if the grip is standard Rossi or something my FIL added. It is very comfortable. He bought it in Brazil about 20 years ago but, for a liberal, he is the biggest gun nut I know and customizes everything (I swear I will turn him to the dark side some day.) The cylinder latch has a little more space than what appears there. Bad shadow. I took another pic of it sitting on the laptop screen on the last post, I’ll see if it stands out better.

btw, I use the term 'gun nut' in the most respectful way. :->
The other image didn't turn out too well, but I thought you would like it for a FReeper Gun Porn image.
When I have a few spare minutes, I'll take a better image?
