The responses to this post are really sad. A man has died. Have some class people.

I guess he won’t make that mistake again.

Had a friend of mine that owned a very large snake, he even gave the snake the spare bedroom. Anyways, anytime he would feed it with a rabbit he always made sure he was within arms length of a very sharp knife, just in case.

According to the daily, Mr Arrieta had been working the nightshift alone on Saturday, looking after the reptile section of the zoo. The university biology student had broken the park's rules by entering the cage holding the snake, which had been donated two months ago and was not on public display, according to the zoo's management.
A snake bite on his arm indicated the python had attacked Mr Arrieta before wrapping itself around him and crushing him to death.

I do not think I could work there at night by myself? It would be too creepy.

What kind of creep would feed a rabbit to a snake for fun?

Say, aren’t these the pythons that are on the loose in Florida and headed north? Will they be dropping on us out of the trees? This thing was only 3 meters long—about 9 feet. What about the bigger ones?????

You feed a snake so it can live and that type of snake happens to eat live bunny rabbits are any other small or in this case large animal, ie, the human being. What, you think Purina makes python food you pour from a bag?
