Nah, he was GETTING the medical treatment when the ref reminded him of the time. In the audio, you hear the ref: "15 seconds.......6 seconds," warning the medical shmos off the court. They don't budge. Not even an attempt to get off until the buzzer goes off and the guy from Kazikstahn raises his arms in victory.

After some words, Cuban Dude gives Ref a boot to the head. Same foot that he injured. Go figure.
