Not only is he a commie but he's a bad sport. What a combo!

Violence solves ... uh.... something.
To: Publius804
But what if he says he’s sorry?
To: Publius804
you only get 1 minute timeout for an injury and the guy took more than that, violating the rules. So what is the complaint, that the rules weren’t just thrown aside because he didn’t like them?

Isn’t that the rationale for affirmative action? LOL
To: Publius804
Let me guess, the referee wiped the dust off his face where he was kicked then smiled?
The Cuban commie sounds like a wimp to me.

This guy had a future in the WWE.

Looks like the 2008 Olympics are going to be memorable...and mostly for the wrong reasons. Multiple instances of bad sportsmanship, multiple instances of judging controversy, and criticism from all quarters on Beijing’s handling of the events and festivities.

[Cuban athlete] Matos was winning 3-2, with 1:02 in the second round, when he fell to the mat after being hit by his opponent, Kazakhstan's Arman Chilmanov.
He was sitting there, awaiting medical attention, when he was disqualified for taking too much injury time. Well, with the vaunted Cuban health care system he is used to waiting several years for basic first aid so of course this seemed absurd to him!

Not a big deal for him, his skills and attitude will be appreciated in his new career with the Cuban police.

I’m guessing the injury was not his legs ... otherwise he wouldn’t have kicked the ref. Oh, boy! LOL!

His problem is he’s not Chinese. He he was, the IOC would call for a formal investigation of the ref and award the chinese a gold medal.
