I think a few states have laws that say that perpetrators of crimes (or their surviving family) cannot sue for injuries or deaths that occur while committing a crime.

I’d say theft and felony assault are crimes.
Let’s hope Michigan has such a law.

Good riddance to bad garbage.

Too bad more states didn't have that law; like all of them.
