Create a folder for F@H 2. Copy the F@H 6.22 version into this new folder.
When installing the console you will get to choose various options. See here:
http://folding.stanford.edu/English/WinUNIGuide#ntoc2
Select Advanced Options when the choice comes up. After the Advanced Options section you will have a chance to set the Machine ID. Make sure that it is different from any other F@H on the system, console, GUI or GPU. Usually ID 2 or ID 3 is open.
Make sure that you spell your F@H name correctly and use Team 36120.
It will download and start folding for you. Check the Task Manager and you should see 100% now.
So running one console version of F@H will utilize both cores? Or do I need to run two instances of F@H?
I got it. I have one console version and one gui version running. Can I run two console versions as services instead?
