This air circulates across the valley floor to the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range where it is cleansed by the numerous blazing evergreen forest fires. The heavy smoke lifts the charred corpses of various toxic insects higher into the atmosphere which fall onto the Salt Flats between Eastern Nevada and Salt Lake City. These beautiful creatures then become the tasty salt grains that we put on our salads, and so on ........and so on
