I haven’t had ribs in months... sounds really good! I use Kikkoman Teryaki in a spray bottle to hold the salt/brown sugar rub on, then sprinkle liberally with Cajun Dust seasoning. I’ve got some plum and hickory wood for smoke. Yah, that’s the ticket.
