Make that three. I also choose not to eat red meat for my health but serve it to my family (lean cuts in moderation). I’m more of a “flexitarian”. I eat seafood and sometimes poultry.
OK, there’s four of us now... I just don’t like the taste or texture of meat that much, although I will eat it occasionally so I don’t become anemic (eating meat once in a while is easier than figuring out what vitamin supplements to take and how often). I especially don’t like ground meat - just the concept sort of unappetizing to me.
