There’s a reason these Olympics in China are on 8-8-08. Eight is a VERY important number for the Chinese. The sound for the word ‘eight’ is similar to the sound for the word prosper or wealth.
Just one political comment: How long before the Chosen One releases a statement about tonight’s opening ceremony and/or the Olympics?
Those commie’s put on one hell of a show! I keep channel surfing at the commercials but end up coming back to see whats next.
BTW, there was an amazing show on Discovery channel or somewhere last week on the construction of the “birds nest”, very impressive!
