Standard Communist Chinese salute. I believe the Young Pioneers of the old Soviet Union did something similar.

Despite the commie crapola, the show so far is pretty neat. These dancer/artists are amazing.
China wasn’t always Communist. They have a LOT of truly cool history. This show should be amazing.
