Dale's Steak Seasoning and Fiesta Rib Rub?

You realize of course that those "ingredients" are not available everywhere.

The Dale’s is mainly soy sauce w/ garlic, dash of tenderizer, a few other ingredients that slip my mind right now.
Soy and garlic would be a close substitute IMHO.

The rub I don’t know. I don’t care for or use rubs.
