The Democratic-led Congress "has repeatedly brought forth proposals to increase domestic supply, reduce the price at the pump, protect American consumers and businesses and promote renewable energy and conservation.

"To date, Democrats have brought forward 13 major initiatives to accomplish the above goals and each time a majority of House Republicans have voted against these proposals."

Nancy, Nancy. You're your own worst enemy. The "Devil's in the details" so to speak. If the "Democratic-led Congress" has repeatedly brought forth proposals that will reduce the price at the pump, then why isn't the price at the pump being reduced by now?

You yourself admit the Democrats control Congress. Why do you need the Republicans to get this done? If your plans are so good, and Your Democrat led Congress is coalesced as one, you have the plurality and these bills should be passed by now. What's the problem, Nancy? Surely, it can't be those nasty Republicans.
