Will someone please explain to me how Person ‘B’ can “censor” the “Blog” of Person ‘A’ by “marking” it as “spam”? blogger.com has a button on each blog that users can hit to indicate "this blog is spam" (a little like the "report abuse" button on FR)
It appears that if enough people hit the "flag" button, the blog automatically gets shut down, instead of some human being detailed to look into it
