I always loved Skip. I’ve been following the Braves very closely now since the early 70s.

Skip, Pete, Ernie Johnson. That was a team!

I am also a long time Braves fan. I have really missed watching to Braves on TBS this summer. I loved to listen to Skip and Pete so much that when the games used to be on a local sports channel and the Braves were on another network, I would turn down the sound, watch the game on TV, and listen to Skip and Pete call the game. They always made you feel as if you were right there in the ball park.

Rest in peace, Skip. Now your Dad has someone special to talk baseball with up in heaven.
